This olive oil has a rich history. In the thirties the Mancino forefathers had important experiences of olive growing and at an old farm-house located in Taranto countryside; there, they utilized an ancient stone mill to get oil from their own olives. In the sixties, the Mancinos bought from an old a farm-house surrounded by olive-groves. It was located in the calm countryside in Gioia del Colle. Today, they produce quality olive oils in small quantities, such as the Svevo extra virgin olive oil. This oil has a slightly fruity aroma, slightly bitter taste and a fresh aftertaste.
