MENU Antipasto Cheesemonger’s Selezione Affettati Misti from our Butcher Primo e Demonstrazione Spaghetti alla Chittara With a Abruzzese Lamb Ragu Dolce Poached Pears with Vino Cotto D’Abruzzo Zabaglione Dinner service begins at 7:00pm. Reservations are required as space is limited. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to interact with Chef Johanna and may in some cases participate in the preparation of dishes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification. Menus are subject to slight change due to market availability. Pricing does not include 10% DC meals tax or optional gratuity.
