The Brief

On Wednesday March 30, passport in hand, over seventy-five intrepid MELTers traveled through raclette rivers and fondue forests to visit five outstanding cheese stations for a taste of melted cheese.

From ooey-gooey, deep fried Wisconsin Cheese Curds to Italian Fonduta infused with truffles, MELTers sampled five cheese recipes crafter from Via Umbria's selection of artisanal cheeses.
