Join Via Umbria's Lead Butcher Scott Weiss and he will show you that Tartare is actually is one of the easiest things to prepare yourself! This event will begin at 7:30 in our Laboratorio Kitchen. Pre-purchased tickets are required to attend this event - walk-ins are not permitted. To avoid a sold out event reserve your seat now while supplies last! Ticket price includes admission to the class, selected snacks or small bites and a demonstration from our Butcher. Wine and Beer by the glass will be available for purchase. All guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification.
