September 13 - Being the Butcher: Brown Bag Lunch
School is back in session! For many of us, that means brown bag lunch prep is too. If you’re tired of the mass produced supermarket deli leaving you to constantly question quality, we’ve got a solution for you. Tonight, our butcher Scott Weiss will expertly walk you through preparing delicious and nutritious lunch meats at home! Exploring better-than-your-average roast beef and chicken salad, Scott will demonstrate our commitment to tradition, locality, and quality. You will gain the knowledge to be able to confidently and easily prepare tasty lunch meats that will have your family and your stomachs thanking you.

This Class will begin at 7:30 in our Laboratorio demonstration kitchen. Tickets are $35, non-refundable, and must be pre-purchased. Guests planning to consume alcohol must have valid government-issued identification.
