Adanti Nispero Rosa Dell’Umbria 2013
90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot. This is an early drinking wine, with a ruby red color. Aroma of sweet violet and rose and fruity textures of cherry and raspberry. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged in oak for at least 9 months. Easily matches with a wide variety of dishes.

About the Vineyards

Cantina Adanti covers thirty hectares of land on the hillsides of Arquata and Colcimino in Bevagna, of which twenty hectares are dedicated to wine production. The area has been known since antiquity for the high quality of its olive oil and wine. In the 1960s, the farm was restored to its agricultural glory, when the old vineyards were replanted and new vineyards were installed. The current owners, Daniela Pietro and Donatella Adanti, have carried on the tradition of quality production of their selected wines while keeping the region’s ancient traditions.
