And he's returning to Washington this November, bringing the delights of the Umbrian kitchen to Georgetown. Whether you join us in the store for a cooking class, in the cafe for lunch, around our chef's table for a special dinner, or invite him to your home to create a special culinary experience for you and your friends, there is no better way to begin the holiday festivities than with Simone by your side.

Our Chef's Table Dinners will give you an opportunity to enjoy a great meal prepared right before your eyes and to interact with Chef Simone throughout dinner. It's the next best thing to cooking with him in Umbria (which you can do on our food and wine tours!).

For those more hands on, we offer the ultimate adventure, a cooking class with Simone followed by a dinner of your (and Simone's) handiwork.
Join Chef Simone and your private group around the island of our demo kitchen for a private cooking class and then retire to our communal table for dinner.

Wine Dinner with Chef Simone
Join Chef Simone Proietti Pesci on Friday, November 24 for an intimate dining experience in the wine room. This meal will be a four course dinner with wine pairings. All guests sit communally at one table. Each course is served at the same time and Chef Simone will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have.
Black Truffle Dinner with Simone and Liam
It's truffle season! And we have arranged for a special air shipment directly from Italy! Join Chef Simone and Chef Liam on November 28 for a special four-course dinner that celebrates and highlights the decadent flavors and aromas of black truffles.
