Chef/Owner of the acclaimed le Delizie del Borgo restaurant in Bevagna, Italy, Simone Proietti-Pesci is no stranger to Via Umbria.  A regular visitor to Georgetown and a featured attraction of our Umbrian Food & Wine Tours, Chef Simone will be appearing as a guest chef at Via Umbria this January and February, introducing customers to all aspects of Umbrian cuisine and wine.
