We broke down a full pig this week at Via Umbria and we are hosting a special dinner where the chefs will use the best cuts from that hog to prepare a one of a kind four course meal. Chef Liam and Chef Simone will accompany you at every course to describe what has been prepared and to answer any questions you may have. Our Dinners at the Chef's Table start at 7:00pm and are fixed price, fixed menu. Guests sit communally at our chef’s table in our laboratorio demonstration kitchen and will be able to watch and interact with our Chefs as their meal is prepared. Our chefs will join you at every course to describe what has been prepared.
